Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and the business profile you choose to add (brokerage, title, phone, headshot and logos).

Listing data: the addresses you enter, photographs you upload, and the property information our systems gather about them from public sources.

Payment data: a Square customer reference, a card token, the card brand and last four digits, and your payment history. We never receive or store your full card number.

Usage data: which features you use and when, plus generation counts used to apply fair-use limits.

2. Why we use it

To run the service — generating your kits, publishing your listing sites, delivering leads to you, and taking payment.

To contact you about your account: lead alerts, generation notices, trial and billing reminders, and service updates.

To keep the platform working and secure, and to understand which features are worth building.

3. Who we share it with

We use service providers to operate ListingBox, and only share what each needs: Supabase (database and authentication), Railway (hosting), Amazon Web Services (image storage), Square (payments), SendGrid (email), Google Maps (geocoding, maps and street imagery), and AI and data providers including Eden AI, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Jina and ScrapeGraphAI for generating listing content.

Anything you choose to publish — your listing website, its photographs and its description — is public by design.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Leads and the people who contact you

When a visitor submits an enquiry on one of your listing sites, we pass their name, email and phone number to you and store it so it appears in your account. You become responsible for how you contact and handle that person's information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and listing data while your account is open. If you delete your account we remove your personal data and cancel any active subscription; some records are retained where we are required to keep them, such as payment and tax records.

6. Your choices

You can view and edit your profile at any time, delete a listing, or delete your account entirely from Settings. You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to correct it by emailing [email protected].

Service emails such as lead alerts are part of the product; marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.

7. Where your data lives

Our database and image storage are hosted in Canada and the United States, and some subprocessors listed above operate elsewhere. By using ListingBox you accept that your information may be processed outside your country.
