1. What ListingBox does
ListingBox generates marketing material for real-estate listings: property reports, presentations, social assets and a public listing website. Much of that material is produced by automated systems and AI models from public sources and from information you provide.
You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it or give it to a client. We provide tools; you remain the professional accountable for the content you distribute.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use ListingBox, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your login details to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
You must be entitled to market the properties you add — for example as the listing agent, the owner, or with their permission.
3. Plans, payment and cancellation
Pro Max is $121 CAD per month, or $1,210 CAD per year. New agent accounts include a 14-day trial; your card is stored at signup and the first charge falls after the trial ends. Homeowner accounts pay a one-time $121 CAD fee per property.
You can cancel at any time from Manage Plan. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Payments are processed by Square. We store a payment token and the last four digits of your card; we never hold your full card number.
4. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of the property information, photographs and branding you upload. You grant us permission to process and display that material in order to run the service for you.
Material ListingBox generates for your listing is yours to use for marketing that property. The software, templates and designs behind it remain ours.
You must have the right to upload what you upload — photographs in particular are frequently owned by the photographer rather than the seller or the agent.
5. Accuracy and honest limits
AI-generated descriptions, market figures, comparable sales and estimates can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. They are drafting aids, not appraisals, legal advice or financial advice.
Verify anything you rely on — especially prices, measurements, tax figures and anything a buyer might act upon.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use ListingBox to publish anything unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading, and don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Generation limits apply to keep the platform stable and affordable for everyone.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes; material changes will be communicated by email. Questions go to [email protected].
